Moving with Spirit will meet on January 6 at 10 a.m.

Friends' worship has been characterized as a listening for the still, small voice.  Quaker practice is a preparation to attend to this quiet call, which seems to emerge from the interior in a gathered body of expectantly waiting Friends.  Typically, Friends have together waited on Spirit in a seated position.  Might there be other ways to wait expectantly?

Friend Robert Leuze died peacefully Dec 14.  Funeral arrangements are being made with the Village Mortuary, 199 Bleeker Street, 212-774-8055.  A viewing is planned for Friday, Dec 21, 10:30-12:30pm, followed by a trip to the crematorium.  His memorial service is being planned for February.  Please hold Robert and his family and many friends in the Light.
